Abstract
As a border province,Heilongjiang province is on forward position of trade with Russia.According to statistics,the amount of Heilongjiang provincial trade,investment,economic corporation and labor trade with Russia covers one fifth volume of trade with Russia of whole country.At present,Heilongjiang province is improving many investment projects to Russia,which occupies marked position in the field of Sino-Russia economic corporation.With the development of Sino-Russia economic corporation,Heilongjiang province's effect will become more and more important.
