Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction technology of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus e vodiae by supercritical fluid, extraction and the determination of the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine by HPLC.METHODS Waters-C 18 column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile water(43∶57).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 .The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm.The column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS The standard curves of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were linear in the ranges fro m 0.024 ~ 1.120 μg(r= 0.9994 )and 0.026 ~ 1.130 μg(r = 0.9995 ).The average recoveries were 101.7% with RSD= 1.79% and 102.7% with RSD= 1.58% .CONCLUSIONS The supercritical fluid extraction is rapid, and the HPLC is accurate and reprod ucible.
