Abstract

Objective To establish a method of determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chenfeiqing Granules.MethodsThe content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was assayed by TLC-scanning.ResultsAstragaloside Ⅳ showed a linear relationship at the range of 1.00～8.00 μg,the average recovery was 98.2%,RSD=1.15%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate,quick and good reproducible.It can be used for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chenfeiqing Granules.
