Determination of Astragaloside in Liankang Granules by TLC-scanning

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of astragaloside in Liankang Granules.Methods:Dual wavelength TLC-scanning was used.Results:A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.020 μg to 5.100 μg of astragaloside(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 98.66%and the RSD was 1.35%.Conclusion:The method is reliable.The results are stable with a good repeatability and can be used for determination of astragaloside in Liankang Granules.
