Determination of Astragaloside in Gongxueting Granules by HPLC

Abstract

Objective To establish the determination method of Astragaloside in Gongxueting Granules.Methods The contents of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC.Results The linear range was between 0.2～1.1μg of Astragaloside.The mean recovery was 97.12%,SD=0.2986%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of the contents of Atragaloside in Gongxueting Granules.
