Abstract
Objective: To research the operative methods and curative effect of the tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 19 patients of the tibial plateau fracture were treated with open reduction. Results: All patients were followed up for 12~18 months, average 15 months, according to the Rasmussen score,11 patients were in excellent, 5 in good,2 in approve,1 in poor. The excellent ratio was 84.2% . Conclusion: Intenal fixation is an effective method to treat tibial plateau fracture.Good timing of surgery, correct reduction and bone graft, and early right functional exercise will enhance the curative effects of the tibial plateau fracture.
