Clinical Analysis on 58 Cases with Fracture of Tibial Plateau

Objective To analyse the clinical results of the patients with fracture of tibial plateau. Methods 58 cases with clinical different type of fracture of tibial plateau were treated by the way of operation or non-operation,and the effects were evaluated. Results 58 cases were followed up for average 3.5 years,the resulte were evaluated by comprehensive evaluation,the excellent and good rate was 84.5%.Conclusion Correct evaluation of the fracture degree of tibial plateau,good reduction and reliable fixtion,the earlier healing training and the CMP application may be of benefit to the functional recovery of injured extremity.
