Clinical analysis of 78 patients with fracture of tibial plateau

Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgery way and curative effect.Methods Clinical data of 78 patients with fracture of tibial plateau were retrospectively analyzed.Results Operative incision of 78 cases were primary healing.Seventy-eight cases were followed-up for 10～48 months,mean 16.8 months.Among 78 cases,forty-eight were excellent,fifteen were good,thirteen were common,two were bad,the rate of fineness was 80.77%.Conclusion Proper surgery way choosed according to the type and characteristic of fracture of tibial plateau,good internal fixation and active functional exercise of articular genu postoperative were key of good effect of operation.
