Abstract
Objectiveo To investigate the role of platelet activation and endothelial cell disturbance in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Platelet activation factor CD62p,CD63were detected by flow cytometry, and the plasma von Willebrand factor(vWF)was measured by ELISA in50patients with acute coronary syn-drome and30normal subjects. Results Platelet activation factor CD62p,CD63and vWF levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome were significantly higher than those in the normal subjects(P0.01).Conclusion Patients with acute coronary syndrome show evidence of enhanced platelet activation and endothelial cell disturbance, which relate to pathophysiological process of ACS.
