Abstract
Objective To detect the high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) from acute cerebral infarction patients and analyze its clinical significance.Methods The concentrations of hs-CRP in 68 acute cerebral infarction patients and 60 healthy controls were detected and compared.Results The concentrations of hs-CRP in serum of acute cerebral infarction patients one day and three days after treatment were 6.7±2.2 and 6.56±5.4,significantly higher than that of the controls,showing significant differences(P0.01).The hs-CRP levels in both groups were not significantly different three months after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion The hs-CRP is a sensitive indicator in reflecting of inflammatory conditions of acute cerebral infarction patients and it also offer reference for clinical assessment of variations and severity of the diseasae.
