Clinical Significance and Change of Serum hs-CRP for Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical significance and change of serum hs-CRP for acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods The hs-CRP in acute and recovery stage of 36 cases with acute large-area cerebral infarction was measured and compared with 42 cases with small-area cerebral infarction and 30 cases with healthy group.Results The hs-CRP in acute and recovery stage of 36 cases with acute large-area cerebral infarction was higher than the other group.There was significant difference among them(P0.01) .And there was significant difference between acute stage and recovery stage(P0.01) .Conclusion The increase of hs-CRP can be the predictable index in diagnosing the large-area cerebral infarction.
