Clinical observation of "Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction" in treating convalescent ischemic stroke

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction in the treatment of convalescent ischemic stroke.Methods 110 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction and control group in which 50 cases were treated by piracetam.Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two rates(P0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongnao Decoction has positive effects on convalescent ischemic stroke.
