Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease. Methods 90 patients with coronary atherosclerosis heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. In control group patients (n=30) were treated by Shanhaidan capsule and in treatment group patients (n=60) were treated by Yiqi Huoxue decoction, with a duration of 4 weeks. In order to analyze effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction, main symptoms, indexes of cardiogram, blood lipid and hemorheology were checked before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (90.48%) was significantly higher than that in control group (55.56%,  P0.01).  Indexes of cardiogram, blood lipid and hemorheology in treatment group were obvious improved than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction had a good effect on the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, and it can improve indexes of cardiogram, blood lipid and hemorheology.
