Clinical Observation of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for Convalescent Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for convalescent patients with ischemic stroke.Methods: 115 cases with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups,including the observation group of 58 cases with Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula and the control group of 57 patients with conventional therapy. Results: The total effective rate in observation patients was 93. 11%,and the difference between groups was statistically significant( χ2= 5. 42,P 0. 05). the observation group's neurological function,blood lipids and blood rheology index experienced significant changes than those of the control group patients,with a statistically significant difference between the groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao Formula for convalescent patients with ischemic stroke has a very important role,and it is worthy of clinical application.
