The clinical research on the treatment of ischemic stroke by Yiqi Huoxue Decoction

Abstract

】 Objective To study therapeutic effect and influence of ET, CGRP and hemorrheologic parameters of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on ischemic stroke. Methods 300 cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On base of routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with oral Yiqi Huoxue Decoction; the control group was treated with oral Nimodipine capsule. Results 1. The total effective rates were 90% and 78% in treatment group and control group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups. 2. There were significant differences before and after therapy in hemorrheologic parameters, ET, CGRP in treatment group and control group (P0.05). 3. There was no difference before and after therapy in LFT and KFT between the two groups. Conclusion Efficiency of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is better than Nimodipine capsule. 【
