Curative Effect Observation of Metoprolol and Unites Captopril in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective To appraise the curative effect and security of metoprolol united captopril in treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Chronic heart failure patient 124 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.Based on the conventional anti-heart failure treatment,treatment group(n=64)were treated with metoprolol and captopril;Control group(n=42)were treated with captopril.The curative effect and security of two groups were observed after 1 month,a half year and three year.Results The total effective rate of the treat ment group was 60.9%,81.2%,84.4%,respectively;The control group was 60.0%,68.3%,73.3%;Treatment group surpassed the control group after half year(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with captopril treat chronic heart failure with high curative effect and security.
