Abstract
Objective: To survey curative effects of laparoscope and ShuGan LiDan Tang in treating acute calculous cholecystitis. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group. Both groups were administered with laparoscope and westerm medicine, the observation group began to take ShuGan LiDan Tang after the operation, one dose each day. Results: The observation group was obviously quicker than the control group in the relieving time of fever, pain, nausea and vomiting(P 0.05). Cure rate of the observation group was 56.7%, higher than 40.0% of the control group with notable difference(P 0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 73.3% of the control group with significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscope combined with postoperative adjunctive therapy ShuGan LiDan Tang are effective in treating acute calculous cholecystitis, the therapy could improve clinical symptom of the patients.
