Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of positive psychotherapy on the patient′s anxiety and depression disorders after stroke.Methods:136 stroke patients with anxiety and depression disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group(68 cases for each group).Positive psychotherapy was taken in the control group.Observation group was on the basis of conventional nursing care.Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) were used to mark scores and compare the results before intervention and after intervention.Results:the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Positive psychotherapy can effectively ease the mood of anxiety and depression of the patients with stroke.
