Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of intravenous anesthesia with Propofol and Fentanyl combined with the colonoscopy examination.Methods:420 patients were randomly divided into two groups:one is treatment group(220 cases),another is control group(200 cases).The reaction of two groups of patients were observed and recorded.Results:The success rate of examination of the treatment group is 100%,while that of the control group is 95%.Conclusion:The colononscopy examination combined with intravenous anesthesia is effective and safe.
