Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency and safety of colonoscopy under propofol, midazolam and fantanly. Methods: 200 patients were divided into 2 groups.(1) Anesthesia group: Colonoscopy was undergone when patient was in the 4 grade anesthesia state after propofol, midazolam and nantanly were injected intravenously. (2) Control group: Colonoscopy was undergone without anesthesia. In 2 groups of patients average systolic pressure, average diastolic pressure and blood oxygen saturation were recorded and analyzed. Operation duration and reaction were recorded too. Results: During examination average artery blood pressure had no significant change in anesthesia group, but the control group had (P0.05). Anesthesia group had less complains and shorter operation duration compared with control group. Conclusion: Colonosacopy with painless is effective, safe and superior.
