Abstract

[Objective]To understand the causality between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and occurrence and development of different types of coronary heart disease(CHD),in order to study and adopt control measures.[Methods]90 CHD patients were selected, which included 35 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),25 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and 30 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP).The serum hs-CRP levels were tested by immune turbidimetry method, and were analyzed and discussed.[Results]The hs-CRP levels in overall and different types(AMI,UAP,SAP) of CHD were compared with that in normal control(NC) group, and hs-CRP levels of different types of CHD were all higher than that of NC group significantly(P0.01).Among different types of CHD,the abnormal rate of hs-CRP was UAP(88%)AMI(85.7%)SAP(53.7%),and there was significant difference among UAP,AMI and SAP(P0.01).[Conclusion]Hs-CRP is related to multiple risk factors of CHD,hs-CRP levels is an important index that can reflect inflammation of atherosclerosis, which has great value on prediction of dynamic change of different types of CHD and cardiovascular events.
