Clinical Observation on Diabetic Gastroparesis Patients Treated by Spleen-strengthening Decoction

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect on Diabetic Gastroparesis treated by Spleen- strengthening Decoction.Method: Based on the normal control the blood sugar by western medicine,the 89 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Spleen-strengthening Decoction while the control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets.We observe the curative effect after the course of 4 weeks.Result: There are 45 patients in the observation group,and 44 patients in the control group.The excellent cases,the effective cases and the invalid cases of the observation group are 13,28 and 4 separately while that of the control group is 9,24 and 11 separately.The total effective rate of the observation group is 91.1% while that of the control group is 75.0%.The effect of the observation group is better than the control group and there is significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).
