Abstract
The sequences of gene encoding the N protein of Canine Distemper Virus(CDV) A strain was cloned into pMD18-T vector and analysed the sequences. The result showed that the N protein of CDV A strain compare with Onderstepoor strain,A75/17 strain and 2544/han95 strain, the sequence homology of nucleotide were 97.5%,94% and 93%,amino acids were 98%,97% and 96%,respectively.
