Abstract
Two pairs of primers were designed and synthesized based on the sequence of the Onderstepoort strain of canine distemper virus reported in GenBank, and the Fgene was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR) from CDV-GZ1strain.The amplified fragment was cloned and analyzed. The results showed that the length of CDVGZ1 Fgene was 1989bp.It contained five potential N-glycosylation locations based on the derived amino acid sequences. The homology of coding amino acid between this strain and American 00-2601and domestic HL strain was 91.6% and 91.1%respectively,it showed that they had common ancestor.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
