Abstract

Objective To investigate genotype of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa)from the clinical samples.Method Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)assay was used for genotyping of the 21strains Pa isolated from the clinical samples. Results 21 strains Pa were distinguished into 14 kinds of RAPD type, the typeability was 100.0%;Taking one week as time limit,2 instances of outbreak of Pa hospital infection were confirmed. Conclusion RAPD may be monitored the epidemiological study of Pa quickly and exactly.
