Abstract
The optimized cooking extraction method was used in this study to extract gallus genomic DNA.OD260 /OD280 was up to 1.77±0.06 by the SmartspecTMplus test. The result showed that the quality of DNA extracted by the optimized cooking extraction method was very good, clear and bright fragments were detected through PCR amplification.Compared with the Phenol-chloroform extraction method,The optimized cooking extraction method is free from chloroform, phenol and other toxic reagents, and saves time and costs, hence a good method for extracting genomic DNA.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
