Abstract
At the early time of the foundation of China, legal supervision of the procuratorial agency included general supervision and judicial supervision,but the general supervision has been vacated because of some conditions,and rarely been mentioned.This article has carried on a more comprehensive elaboration to the general supervision system's elementary theory and concrete practice,tries hard to reveal the general supervision system.
