Abstract

According to the needs of the economic globalization after our entering the WTO,our country should build a new set of contract supervision system,which is merged social superivision,administration supervision,judicial supervision,opinion supervision,enterprise supervision and selfsupervision of litigant with the internal and external supervision to have the legal supervision at the core.
