Research on French Procuratorial Supervision System——Compared with China

The French procuratorial supervision system includes the supervision of criminal investigation,the supervision of criminal execution,the supervision of civil procedure and administrative procedure,as well as the extra-litigation supervision.Compared with China,France has its procuratorial supervision system more perspicuous in theory and has the self-rectification capacity in the practice.The reform of this system has fewer obstacles,and its distanciation space is even still larger.For all these reasons,the french system is more adaptable to the real demands,which should be paid more attention by our country for its referring significance.
