Abstract
There are various subjects and forms in our legal supervision system.Procuratorial supervision,as a specialized legal supervision provided in constitution,is quite different from the other forms.However? in practice many problems still exist,such as lack of supervision to law enforcement,as well as inefficient supervision to judicial activity.It's necessary for us to research deeply in order to establish a well-functioning procuratorial supervision system.
