Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods 62 patients with bile reflux gastritis from Yunxi People′s Hospital during Mar.2007 and Feb.2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=30)were only treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets, while the treatment group(n=32)were treated with mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets. The treatment duration lasted 6 weeks for both groups.Clinical symptoms, changes of bile reflux, mucosal inflammation and adverse reactions were observed. Results The symptom scores of two groups after treatment reduced more significantly than before treatment(P0.05),and the symptom score of treatment group decreased more significantly than that of control group after treatment(P0.05);gastroscopy results showed that the total effective rate of treatment group(90.6%)was significantly better than that of control group(73.3%)(P0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The treatment of mosapride combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets has a good effect on bile reflux gastritis without adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
