Abstract

Objective:To research and discuss the therapeutic effect on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis through using hydroxymethylnicotinamide tablets with hydrotalcite and mosapride.Method:243 cases of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group One was mosapride group,in which patients took 5 mg tid mosapride before they had meals.Group Two was mosapride and hydrotalcite group,in which patients took 5 mg tid mosapride before meals, and chewed 1.0 tid hydrotalcite one hour after meals.Group Three was mosapride and hydrotalcite and hydroxymethylnicotinamide tablets group,in which patients took 5 mg tid mosapride before meals, chewed 1.0 g tid hydrotalcite one hour after meals, and took 0.5 g tid hydroxymethylnicotinamide tablets one half hour after meals. The period of the treatment lasted six weeks.Quantitative evaluation on the effective rates of the three groups took use of the total herapeutic effect of the clinical symptoms and of the results from gastroscopy.Result:There were significantly differences in comparing the three groups(P0.05).The effective rate of Group Three was higher than Group One and Group Two.Conclusion:It plays a coordinative and enhancive role in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis through using hydroxymethylnicotinamide tablets with hydrotalcite and mosapride. It turns out good therapeutic effect and high curative rate with multi-path block to pothogenesy system. Therefore,it is recommended to employ the treatment scheme through using the hydroxymethylnicotinamide tablets with hydrotalcite and mosapride to treat bile reflux gastritis.
