Abstract
A method for determination of 8 organophosphorus pesticides residue(including dichlorvos,phorate,terbufos,nogo,chlorpyrifos, methyl parathion,isocarbophos and methidathion)in vegetables by gas chromatography was investigated.The eight pesticides could be well separated within 15 min in a DB-1701 column after pretrating of sample by extacting with aceton and methylene chloride without cleaning up.The pesticides were detected with FPD detector.As a spiked level was 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 81.4% ~102.2%,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 0 to 0.999 8,the detection limits were 0.01~0.03 mg/kg.The method was quick,sensitive and easy in operation.
