Abstract

In order to simultaneously determine thirteen organophosphorus pesticides residues in vegetables,A capillary Gas Chromatography with FPD detector was used.Organophosphorus pesticides in the vegetables were extracted by acetonitrile and purified, then analyzed with gas chromatography by controlling the temperature and the speed of nitrogen. It was showed that thirteen organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables can be separated in 22.5minutes.The linear ranges were 2~1 000 ug/kg,and the obtained correlation coefficient was ranged from 0.998 6 to 0.999 7.The average recoveries for the pesticides ranged from 73.20% to 101.23%,with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5% for all compounds. The detection limits were 0.01~0.05 mg/kg.This method can separate and determine 13 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residues in vegetables. It is easy, feasible and sensitive.
