Abstract
A method for determination of 14 organophosphorus pesticides residue in strawberry by gas chromatography was investigated.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then separated in a DB-1701 P column and detected with FPD detector.An external standard was used for quantitative analysis. The fourteen pesticides could be well separated within 12 min,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 90 to 0.999 98,the detection limits were 0.01~0.04 mg/kg.As a spiked level was 0.4 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 87.8% ~104.1%,with relative standard deviations of 5.5%~10.7%.The method was quick,sensitive and easy in operation,and it could fit for the requirements of residue analysis.
