Abstract
A method for determination of 9 organophosphorus pesticides residue(including methamidophos, acephate, sulfotep, omethoate, malathion, fenitrothion, parathion, profenofos and triazophos)in strawberry by gas chromatography was investigated. The nine pesticides could be well separated within 17 min in a DB-1701 P column after extacting with acetonitrile. The pesticides were detected with FPD detector. As a spiked level was0.4 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 83.2%~102.8%,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.992 51 to 0.999 92,the detection limits were 0.01~0.04 mg/kg.The method is quick, sensitive and easy in operation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
