Clinical Observation of Combining Dingjunsheng and Metronidazole in Senile Vaginitis

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment significance and safety of Dingjunsheng combined with metronidazole in senile vaginitis.Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into control and study groups).Two groups were treated respectively by Dingjunsheng combined with metronidazole and singlely metronidazole.Results:There was significantly difference in effective rate and relapse rate in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Dingjunsheng combined with metronidazole is a effective and uneasy replacement way in dealing within senile vaginitis,and help to restore the microbia balance in the vaginal.
