Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Serum High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP) in coronary heart disease. Methods To test the hs-CRP of 245 patients for CHD with BNP,include 127 with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),118 with angina patients. Results The serum level of hs-CRP was significantly higher in the patients with CHD than in healthy controls(P(0.01)).The serum hs-CRP of the patients in CHD has statistical difference(P0.01) Conclusion The level of serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with the development of CHD.The serum hs-CRP can be regarded as an early prognostic indicator for CHD.Conclusion
