Reforming Practice Teaching System of Food Quality and Safety Specialty

In this paper, the necessity of reformation of practice teaching system of food quality and safety specialty was analyzed and its major measures were summarized, including course system, teaching content, teaching organization method, faculty team building and practice teaching platform. Practice demonstrated that the teaching reform promoted students' operative skill and ability to analyze and solve problems,and improved their professional quality and innovation and stimulated their learning interest.
