Abstract

Focusing on the talent training goal of food quality and safety professional,the target system of practical teaching about food quality and safety specialty were expounded,the content of practice teaching system,namely,cognitive practice,basic professional skills practice,comprehensive and innovative skills practice were discussed in detail.At last,the practice and operation of practical teaching system were introduced in this paper.
