Construction and Discussion on Practical Teaching System and Measures for Undergraduate Majors of Food Quality and Safety Specialty

Based on the important and special role of practice teaching in university,according to the reality of food quality and safety major,food industry and college,the practice teaching status was analyzed. The necessity of constructing practice teaching system was elaborated,the guiding ideology and principles were determined,several countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
