Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the naloxone to acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 48 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into naloxone group and control group. The control group received dehydration, reduced intracranial pressure and other conventional treatment, and the naloxone treatment group were given the naloxone treatment based on the conventional therap. Then to observe and compare therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of the naloxone group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,75%.There was significant difference(p0.05) between the two groups;naloxone group's consciousness onset time was significantly earlier than that of the control group(p0.05),there was significant difference(p0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Naloxone is effective and rapid to the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage, which is a better drug to acute cerebral hemorrhage.
