Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of naloxone in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Eightyeight cases were randomly divided into naloxone group (trial group) and nicholine group (control group).The effect of naloxone and the changes of neurological deficit scale score at 14 days after treatment were evaluated. Results:The effective rate and the total effective rate in trial group were 67.9% and 85.7% as compared with control group(31.3% and 68.8%),there were significantly difference between the two groups( P0.01 and P0.05).After treatment,neurological deficit scale scores in trial group were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion:Our study suggest that naloxone is effective and safe for acute cerebral infarction,with promoting neurological recovery.
