Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of naloxone on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected in the People' s Hospital of Gaoan from June 2012 to June 2013,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases. Patients of control group were given routine treatment, while patients of observation group were given naloxone based on routine treatment. Neurological function deficit severity before and after treatment, clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of NIHSS score was found between the two groups before treatment( P 0. 05),while NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group 15 days,30 days after treatment, respectively( P 0. 04. The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group( P 0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred any obvious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Naloxone has remarkable clinical effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage, can protect brain tissues and cranial nerve.
