Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Naloxone in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups,The control group used dehydration and conventional symptomatic treatment,Based on the conventional therapy, the therapeutic group was given naloxone 1.2 mg intravenously, bid. Both groups were treated for 15 days. The differences of the neurologic impairment improvements between the two groups after treated for 15、30 day were observed. Results:Naloxone was superior to the conventional group(P 0.01).Conclusion:Naloxone in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage can be significantly improved neurological function.
