Abstract
A protocol of regeneration in vitro of tomato Zaofeng(07-13) was developed by using hypocotyl and cotyledon from sterile seedles as explants. The effects of different kinds and different concentration of plant growth substances on the regeneration of tomato were studied. The results showed that the stage of induce the callus, the suitable medium was MS with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.3 mg/L IAA;The suitable differentiation medium was MS with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L IAA;The suitable rooting mudium was MS with NAA 0.1 mg/L and IAA 0.1 mg/L,which was with high rooting rate and thicky and strong rots.
