Abstract
Using the hypocotyl of tomato low-temperature-resistant line TTI1103B-2 as explants, the effects of different hormone combinations of 6-BA and IAA on inducing callus, buds, roots and transplanting seedlings were studied and established the efficient regeneration system. The results showed that there were significant differences between hormones and shoot inducing, and significant interaction between 6-BA and IAA.The best medium on callus culture was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L IAA.The best medium on bud induction was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L IAA.The optimum rooting medium for the cultivar was MS+IAA0.2 mg/L.
