Abstract
The effects of medias containing different concentration of IAA and 6-BA or NAA and 6-BA on tomato callus induction,bud differentiation and rooting were detected in hypocotyl and cotyledon of Zhenmu No.1.The results show that MS+0.2 mg/L IAA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA is the best medium for callus induction and bud differentiation of cotyledon;MS+0.5 mg/L IAA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA is the optimum medium for callus induction and bud differentiation of hypocotyl;the optimum root induction medium is MS +0.1 mg/L IAA.
