Abstract
With the development of enterprise groups,it discovers that scale boundary of enterprise group based on the scale boundary of its core enterprise.This paper analyzes the scale boundary of core enterprise on the theory of coordination systematic perspective and firm theory of new-institutionalism,and points out the social rational boundary of core enterprise which embodies the essence of firm.
