Abstract
With the rapid development of enterprise clusters,the identification and definition of the organization boundary of clusters has become a core issue for its efficient governance.Based on the theory of enterprise core competence, this paper identifies and determines the organization boundary of enterprise clusters by analyzing the four aspects of enterprise ability,property appropriation,indeterminacy and transaction frequency in the production and transaction activities of enterprise clusters.The purpose of this study is to lay the essential rationale for the governance practice of enterprise clusters.
